Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Note: For returns and exchanges not caused by our company, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement or return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it can take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be processed.
